Building a new home provides the opportunity to create a property around the way it will actually be used, but successful projects depend on good preparation before construction starts. Drawings, specifications, structural information and site conditions all need to work together.

We review the construction requirements and coordinate with architects, engineers and specialist contractors as necessary. Ground conditions, drainage, utilities, access, materials and the construction sequence are considered early so that the project can move efficiently from the drawings to the site.

We undertake and manage the construction process from the initial groundworks and foundations through to the structure, roof, external envelope and internal fit-out. The numerous trades and specialist elements involved are coordinated to maintain quality and continuity throughout the build.

As the building progresses, our focus moves from the main structure to the details that determine the quality of the finished home. The objective is a properly constructed, energy-efficient and comfortable property delivered with the same attention to detail from the first excavation through to completion.
