Development projects require a different approach from conventional domestic building work. Alongside construction quality, there must be careful consideration of programme, specification, buildability and cost because each decision can affect the overall viability of the development.

Having worked both for property developers and on development projects ourselves, we understand the importance of looking beyond the drawings. We can work alongside developers, architects and consultants during the pre-construction stage to identify practical solutions, construction risks and opportunities to improve buildability before work begins.

Our experience includes new-build development, residential conversions, extensions and the redevelopment of existing buildings. We can coordinate the construction process from site preparation and structural works through to services, internal fit-out and completion.

We understand that a development needs to achieve the right balance between construction cost, programme, durability and the quality expected by the eventual buyer or occupier. Our role is to bring practical construction experience to that process and deliver a finished development that reflects both the design intent and the commercial objectives of the project.
